Quick fruit salad

Everyone loves a tasty fruit salad and with this one you can enjoy making it too.

Takes: 10 mins

1 cantaloupe melon
2 apples
2 pears
Small bunch seedless red grapes
Apple juice

1. Halve the melon, scoop out the seeds, and peel and cut the flesh into chunks.
2. Core and dice the apples and pears.
3. Tip the fruit into a bowl and add the red grapes. Pour over enough apple juice to just cover, and serve with good-quality vanilla ice cream or lemon sorbet.
