Crab, lemon and chilli spaghetti

350g (12oz) dried spaghetti
400g (14oz) white crab meat, frozen (defrosted) or tinned
2 lemons, juice and zest
1/2 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
Handful parsley, chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
Crusty bread, to serve

1. Cook the linguine or spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 mins or according to packet instructions.
2. Drain and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Season well and serve immediately with fresh crusty bread.

Top tip: Crab meat tastes really rich, even though it's very low in fat, so for this pasta dish you won't need to use any oil.
