It might be bright green but don't be put off, this smoothie is delicious. Packed with all the superfoods that the experts are always talking about, and it contains lots of vitamins for great skin and more energy

Serves: 2
1 avocado
150g (5oz) natural yogurt
1tsp honey
200ml (7floz) fresh unsweetened pineapple juice

1. Place the yogurt, avocado and honey in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Gradually add the pineapple juice to create a creamy smoothie. Vary the amount of juice to create the right consistency. Serve immediately

Variations: To make this smoothie even greener add a couple of fresh baby spinach leaves and process as above. Or if you have a sweeter tooth swap the plain yogurt for vanilla flavoured yogurt instead.
