Jazz up some cheap red wine and impress your friends with this simple dessert recipe

Ingredients
You should use the crush within two months of freezing.
- 8tbsp freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 3tbsp clear honey
- 300ml (½ pint) red wine
Method
- Add the freshly squeezed orange juice to the honey and warm a little, in a jug in the microwave or in a small pan, until the honey dissolves.
- Whisk into the red wine. Pour into a plastic container and freeze for a few hours.
- To serve, scoop the crush into small, chilled glasses; it should be large, icy crystals. Serve immediately.
