A super speedy supper, crisp pizza topped with yellow peppers, tomatoes, ham and cheese.

Ingredients

Look for the Red Tractor logo at your local supermarket. It guarantees that food has been produced to high standards.

  • 4 mini plain pizza bases
  • 8tbsp passata (sieved tomatoes)
  • 8 slices Red Tractor ham
  • 1 Red Tractor yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 10 Red Tractor cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g Red Tractor Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F, gas mark 7). Place the pizza bases on baking sheets.
  2. Spread the passata over each base.
  3. Tear the ham into small pieces and arrange over each pizza with the yellow peppers and cherry tomatoes. Scatter the cheese over and drizzle with oil. Bake for 10 mins.
