The honey and lemon glaze makes these sweet potatoes really moreish, they're easy to prepare and even easier to eat!.

  • Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 700g (1lb 9oz) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunky wedges
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6. Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to an oven tray and roast for 30 to 35 mins, until golden brown. Scatter with sesame seeds and serve.
