The honey and lemon glaze makes these sweet potatoes really moreish, they're easy to prepare and even easier to eat!

Ingredients
- 700g (1lb 9oz) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunky wedges
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper
- 1tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6. Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
- Transfer to an oven tray and roast for 30 to 35 mins, until golden brown. Scatter with sesame seeds and serve.
