Serves: 4
-
Cooking time: 25 mins
Ingredients
You can buy sun-dried tomato paste in most big supermarkets. We like Sacla's one.
- 450g (1lb) lean lamb mince
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
- 1tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 100g (3½ oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg
Method
- Put the lamb mince, onion, garlic, tomato paste, rosemary and feta cheese in a large bowl and break in the egg. Season well and give all of the ingredients a good mix.
- Preheat the grill to medium. Shape the lamb mixture into four large burgers and grill for 15-20 mins or until cooked through.
- Serve with a mixed salad or some stir-fried vegetables.
