Everyone loves a tasty fruit salad - and this is one you can enjoy preparing, too

Ingredients

Serve this fruit salad with a good quality vanilla ice-cream or lemon sorbet.

  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • Small bunch seedless red grapes
  • Apple juice

Method

  1. Halve the melon, scoop out the seeds, and peel and cut the flesh into chunks.
  2. Core and dice the apples and pears.
  3. Tip the fruit into a bowl and add the red grapes. Pour over enough apple juice to just cover, and serve.
