Sweet chilli turkey burgers

Ingredients
Raita is the perfect accompaniment to these sweet chilli turkey burgers.
- 500g (18oz) British turkey mince
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2-3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- Salt and pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
- With damp hands, shape into four large burgers and grill for 20 mins until cooked through.
- Split and lightly toast the ciabatta rolls on each side, add a burger and coriander and spring onions to each one. Serve immediately.
