Garlic, chilli and coriander turn these turkey burgers into a flavour-filled lunch or evening meal. Delicious!

Ingredients

Raita is the perfect accompaniment to these sweet chilli turkey burgers.

  • 500g (18oz) British turkey mince
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2-3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. With damp hands, shape into four large burgers and grill for 20 mins until cooked through.
  3. Split and lightly toast the ciabatta rolls on each side, add a burger and coriander and spring onions to each one. Serve immediately.
