Haddock and cod are rich in omega-3 acids - so this quick dish gives your health a boost, as well as your tastebuds

Ingredients

To serve, all this dish needs is some crusty white bread.

  • 455g (1lb) haddock or cod fillets, fresh or defrosted, cubed
  • 115g (4oz) cooked peeled prawns, fresh or defrosted
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 140g (5oz) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 x 455g jar white wine mushroom and herb sauce
  • 455g (16oz) fresh pasta, cooked
  • Salt and black pepper, to season
  • 1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion and mushrooms for 1 min.
  2. Add the sauce and bring to the boil. Gently stir in the fish and simmer for 10 mins.
  3. Add the pasta, seasoning and prawns and sprinkle with the parsley.
