You poor thing. Isn't it funny how we hope eating will help us lose weight? I think you should cut yourself some slack and just eat for health-I mean all the usual good advice things-and maybe not too much and don't worry about the weight; take good care of yourself in every way possible. The weight on its own isn't important. You matter more. Best of luck.

I really like the weekly mails of good to know.It seems to have everything. The thing i would like to ask is ive been on medication for 7yrs now due to having breast cancer,no matter what i eat i cannot seem to loose weight and am getting quite desperate now.I have 2 physical jobs but the most i loose is 4lbs and then it goes back on.I was wondering if you have any suggestions as to what food i can eat to help with this problem.I cannot eat fish and it would have to be something quick and easy as i live alone and am too tired to cook when i come home.Thank you for taking the time to read my dilema and i hope you can help me
