Ingredients

Kids will love helping you to make these fun individual pizzas and you can vary the toppings to suit their tastes. Why not try ham and pineapple, chicken and sweetcorn or prawn and peppers.

  • 290g packet pizza base mix (twin-pack)
  • 400g can tuna fish in brine, drained and flaked
  • 100g (4oz) tiny cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 150g (5oz) mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 10ml (2tsp) olive oil

Method

  1. Make up the pizza dough mixes together according to the packet instructions. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 mins until smooth and elastic.
  2. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll out each to a thin oval. Place on two lightly greased baking sheets. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F, gas mark 7).
  3. Top with the flaked tuna fish, cherry tomatoes and diced cheese. Leave in a warm place for 15 mins. Drizzle over the olive oil and bake for 10-15 mins until the crusts are golden and crisp.
