Easiest ever posh apple tart
Wow friends and family with this classy but so simple tart it only needs four ingredients!

Ingredients
For a really special occasion, flavour the crème fraîche by stirring in 1tbsp Calvados or Cognac before serving.
- 350g ready-made, ready-rolled puff pastry
- 3 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 25g butter
- 25g light muscovado sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven to Mark 7, 220°C, 425°F. Cut the pastry into 6 equal-sized rectangles measuring about 15 x 10cm. Carefully lay the apple slices on the pastry, dot with the butter and sprinkle over the sugar.
- Bake for 15 mins until golden and risen. Dust with a little icing sugar and serve with crème fraîche.
