The treacly flavour of rich dark molasses sugar transforms plain yogurt into a memorable treat

Ingredients

For added fibre and serve with some muesli.

  • 150g (6oz) Greek style yogurt
  • 1tbsp molasses sugar
  • 100g (31/2oz) seedless red grapes, halved if large

Method

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl, and crumble over the molassess sugar.
  2. Leave for a few minutes for flavours to mingle (or longer in the fridge). Sprinkle with grapes to serve.
