What's my recipe book?

We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. All you have to do is log in with your Facebook account to see them. When you click either of these buttons it will also tell your friends on Facebook what you've been cooking or saving so they too can give our quick and easy recipes a go (but you can turn this off at any time by visiting your 'My recipe book' page). Strawberry smoothie

This strawberry, banana, honey and oat smoothie offers a refreshing start to the day and gives you two of your five-a-day. Don't be afraid to use overripe or damaged fruit in this smoothie

Ingredients

  • Handful of ripe strawberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 25g (1oz) porridge oats
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 150ml (5oz) natural yogurt
  • 100ml (3½ fl oz) apple juice

Top tip: Drink your strawberry smoothie as soon as it's made so you get as much vitamin C as possible!

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend for 30 secs to a smooth, thick drink.
  3. Pour into a tall glass, add ice and strawberries to decorate if you wish.
