Ingredients

  • 1 generous scoop vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt, or Swedish glacé
  • 100 g canned pumpkin purée
  • 75 ml semi-skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch cinnamon

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a 250ml glass and sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
