These Italian style appetisers are quick to make, taste great and are sure to impress at any party

Ingredients

  • 1 pack wafer thin turkey
  • 1 pack of small crostinis (thin slices of baguette)
  • 1 pack hummus
  • Sun dried or sun blushed tomatoes cut into small pieces
  • Olives to garnish

Method

  1. Mix together the hummus and tomatoes and spread on each of the crostinis.
  2. Roll a piece of the wafer thin turkey and place on top of the hummus.
  3. Garnish with a piece of olive.
