What's my recipe book?


We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. All you have to do is log in with your Facebook account to see them. If you love apricots, why not try this recipe for a delicious apricot tart? You'll be surprised at how just how easy it is.


  • Ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 25g butter
  • 25g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 25g ground almonds
  • 1tsp plain flour
  • 4 apricots


  1. Cut out a 20cm round from a sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry and put it on a baking tray.
  2. Beat together the butter, caster sugar, 1 egg yolk, almonds and flour. Spread on the pastry, leaving a 2cm border.
  3. Halve and stone 4 apricots, arrange on top and bake at 200C (180C fan, gas mark 6) for 15-20 mins. Serve warm and enjoy.
