This boozy butter is a must with Christmas pudding and mince pies. It's incredibly simple to make and much cheaper than the shop bought version!

Ingredients

  • 75g (3oz) softened butter
  • 75g (3oz) icing sugar
  • 2tbsp brandy

Method

  1. Cream together the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
  2. Stir in the brandy.
  3. Refrigerate until you're ready to use.
