Ingredients

  • 6 favourite pork sausages
  • 4tp sweet chilli pickle
  • 12 rashers ridnless smoked streaky bacon

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to medium
  2. Partially cut the sausages lengthways, making a deep slash
  3. Spoon a little of the pickle into this split, then wrap 2 rashers of the bacon carefully around each sausage, making the filling secure.
  4. Place the sausages under the grill for about 15 minutes, turning frequently (and carefully) until the sausages and bacon are cooked through. Serve warm.
