Ingredients

  • 100g brie
  • 1 packet of rough oatcakes (100g)
  • 1 packet rocket salad, washed and picked
  • Jar of cranberry and caramelised red onion chutney

Method

  1. Take each individual oatcake and add a layer of rocket (or wild rocket) salad.
  2. Apply a generous layer of the best brie you can find and top with a tablespoon of cranberry and caramelised red onion chutney.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
