Planning a romantic meal for Valentine's Day? Aphrodisiac foods contain things that are supposed to put you in the mood for love. Some are called aphrodisiacs because of their shape (think asparagus spears), some for their smell (think strawberries) and some for their ingredients (think chocolate pud).
