A tasty lunchbox alternative to plain old sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 mini buttered whole-wheat pitta breads
  • 25g shredded ham or beef
  • 2 chopped gem lettuce leaves
  • 3 thick slices of cucumber cut into sticks

Method

  1. Slit open the pitta bread and butter the insides.
  2. Stuff the pockets with all the prepared ingredients ? and enjoy!
