Salmon and cream cheese roll

Cream cheese with chives, smoked salmon and crunchy cucumber, a delicious combination

Ingredients
- 2 wholemeal rolls
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 2tbsp of cream cheese
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 pinches of chopped chives
Method
- Mix the cream cheese and chives and spread a generous, thick layer on one side of the roll.
- Add the smoked salmon.
- Thinly slice the cucumber and pepper and place on top of the salmon.
- Spread any remaining cream cheese on the other side of the roll and close.
