Change the toppings to suit you and the kids with these easy-to-make pizzas. Try tuna, salami, ham... whatever takes your fancy.

Ingredients

  • 2 baking potatoes, cooked and halved
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2tbsp sweetcorn kernels, (defrosted if from frozen)
  • 125g/4½ oz sliced mozzarella or grated Cheddar

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/gas mark 6.
  2. Place the tomato slices over the potato halves, then layer on the remaining ingredients, finishing with the cheese.
  3. Cook for 10-15 mins until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
  4. Serve with a leafy green salad.
