Pork chops with pasta is sure to satisfy even the hungriest of families. Plus, this quick 'n' simple dish is great if you're short on time.

Ingredients

  • 4 Welsh pork chops
  • 500g penne pasta
  • 1 jar Mediterranean vegetable pasta sauce

Method

  1. Preheat a hot grill. Arrange the pork chops on the grill rack and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  2. In the meantime, bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta, cooking until al dente (see packaging for timings).
  3. When the pork chops are cooked, place on a plate to rest.
  4. Drain the pasta once cooked and return to the saucepan, mixing in with the pasta sauce. When it's hot, serve up the pasta on a plate and place the pork chops on top.
