Great for breakfast or as a kids' after-school snack, this smoothie has vitamin C and betacarotene to boost the immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 410g can apricot halves in natural juice
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 200g (7oz) organic apricot wholemilk yogurt

Method

  1. Drain the apricots and place in the blender with the orange juice and yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy then serve immediately.
