Make this filling sandwich with fish fillets - extra tasty served with lemony mayo and crispy salad in Italian-style ciabatta bread.

Ingredients

For extra zing. flavour the mayonnaise with some fresh lemon juice.

  • 1 pack large fish fillets
  • 1 pack mixed salad
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and fresh black ground pepper to taste
  • 2tbsp mayonnaise
  • Large ciabatta loaf (1-2 depending on size)

Method

  1. Cook the fish fillets according to pack instructions, then slice into pieces while hot.
  2. Toss the salad in olive oil and season.
  3. Cut the bread into thick slices and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Grill the bread on both sides and when nicely browned, place some salad onto the ciabatta. Ad the fish and smooth over your chosen mayonnaise.
