Succulent Welsh lamb is both delicious and great value. Mix with feta to make homemade burgers for the grill or bbq.

Ingredients

  • 450g (1lb) Welsh lamb mince
  • 30ml (2tbsp) fresh mint, chopped
  • Black pepper
  • 75g (3oz) feta, crumbled

To serve

  • Guacamole
  • Ciabatta rolls
  • Seasonal salad
  • Olives

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Welsh lamb mince, fresh mint, black pepper and feta then combine well together.
  2. Shape into 6 medium-sized burgers and cook on a barbecue or under a pre-heated grill for approximately 12 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Serve in toasted ciabatta rolls with a dollop of guacamole, large seasonal salad and a side dish of olives.
