Ingredients

  • 1 cooked beetroot, peeled
  • 100ml orange juice/pomegranate juice
  • 1cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 red plums, stoned

Method

  1. 1, Put the cooked beetroot, ginger and red plums into a blender (like Smoothie 2GO)
  2. Add the orange or pomegranate juice and blend until smooth.
