Ingredients

It's great to include salad in sandwiches like sweetcorn or crispy lettuce. But some ingredients like tomatoes and cucumber can make sandwiches soggy, so put them in a separate sandwich bag instead.

  • 1 wholemeal roll
  • 10g margarine
  • ½ tsp Marmite
  • 3 slices of reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (30g)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 10g lettuce

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to the wholemeal roll and enjoy as a tasty lunchtime snack.
