Muesli porridge with strawberroes

You'll be bursting with energy after this fibre-packed breakfast made with light soya milk.

Ingredients

  • 25g/1oz jumbo oats
  • 2tbsp Swiss style muesli
  • 200ml/7fl oz light soya alternative to milk
  • 1tsp golden caster sugar
  • 4 strawberries, hulled and sliced

Method

  1. Put the oats and muesli into a microwave-proof bowl. Pour over the soya milk and stir together.
  2. Microwave on a high heat (900w) for 2 mins, stir and microwave for a further 30 secs until the oats are tender and the milk has been absorbed. (Heat and stir through in a pan if you prefer.)
  3. Add the golden caster sugar to sweeten, stir, top with strawberries and tuck in.
