Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- 1 onion
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Seasoning
Method
- Fry off the onion in a little olive oil, then seal the chicken in the same pan. Add in the spices and stir well.
- Add in the tin of tomatoes and chickpeas and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and chickpeas with crusty bread.
