This wonderful aromatic chicken dish couldn't be simpler or quicker to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Fry off the onion in a little olive oil, then seal the chicken in the same pan. Add in the spices and stir well.
  2. Add in the tin of tomatoes and chickpeas and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Serve the chicken and chickpeas with crusty bread.
