A perfect power breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up. Just whizz the fruit in a blender and you're ready to go!

Ingredients

  • 100g blackberries or blueberries
  • 200mls of cranberry juice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil (eg Good Oil)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and add plenty of ice.
