What's my recipe book?

We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. All you have to do is log in with your Facebook account to see them. When you click either of these buttons it will also tell your friends on Facebook what you've been cooking or saving so they too can give our quick and easy recipes a go (but you can turn this off at any time by visiting your 'My recipe book' page). Just click one of the buttons below or 'see my book' to get started. We hope you like it!

Festive fruit trees
  • Makes: 2

  • Prep time:

The kids will love helping to make these brilliant fruity Christmas trees filled with squirty cream.

  • 1 green apple
  • 2 pears
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and thickly sliced
  • Green grapes
  • Aerosol real dairy cream
  • 1 pomegranate fruit, seeds removed or glace cherries, chopped or sultanas
  • Wooden kebab skewers

  1. Cut the fruit into thick slices. Thread the largest slices of fruit onto the stick first to create the base (if the kids are helping, remove the spiky end to the skewer and be careful!).
  2. Continue to thread the fruits finishing with the smallest slices and put the top of the pear at the top of the tree. Leave gaps between the fruit for the cream layers.
  3. Top with a green grape and squirt cream into the gaps.
  4. Finish off with the 'lights', using the pomegranate seeds, cherries or sultanas to add extra sparkle to the Christmas tree!
