-
Serves: 2
-
Cooking time: 30 mins
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 30ml (2tbsp) soft brown sugar
- 30ml (2tbsp) brandy
- Large pinch of cinnamon
- Aerosol real dairy cream with brandy
Method
- Make a slit lengthways through the skin and along each banana.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Place each banana on a piece of foil, and scrunch around the banana.
- Slightly open the skins and sprinkle a spoonful of the sugar mixture along the slit.
- Pour a spoonful of brandy onto each banana and loosely cover the banana with foil.
