A great hot sandwich you can rustle up in seconds - made with ham, cheese spread and pesto. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 small panini
  • 6 tsp green pesto
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 tube of cheese spread with ham (e.g Primula)

Method

  1. Slice the panini in half lengthways and spread the bottom half with pesto.
  2. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top, then the ham folded in half. Finally add cheese spread. Place the top half of the panini on top.
  3. Wrap in foil and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC/Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with green salad.
