Average rating:
7. For the Christmas pudding, colour a piece of flower paste Dark Brown. Roll into a ball. With a little royal icing, adhere the Christmas pudding to a painted round plate. For an authentic look, paint small red circles on to pudding to represent cherries and darker brown circles for the currants. Royal-ice the top to represent the rum butter or cream. Colour a little flower paste Holly Green and use holly-leaf cutter to cut out 2 leaf shapes. With a dot of royal icing, fix the leaves and the berries on to the top of the pudding.
