Get into the Valentine's Day mood with this fruity vodka cocktail, and garnished with rose petals.

Ingredients

  • 37.5ml vodka
  • 20ml cloudy apple juice
  • 20ml rose water gomme
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 20ml fresh pomegranate juice
  • Rose petals, single red rose head (for the garnish)

Method

  1. Layer the highball cocktail glass with crushed ice and pre-cleaned red rose petals.
  2. Shake the first four ingredients together in a shaker and strain into the glass and top up with pomegranate juice.
  3. Garnish with a single red rose.
