The horseradish gives these wraps a bit of a kick and goes well with the smoked salmon - and they're quick and easy!

Ingredients

Make a few extra of these and keep them in the fridge at work for a tasty packed lunch.

  • 1 packet smoked wild salmon
  • 3tbsp low-fat soft cheese
  • 2tsp horseradish sauce
  • 1 handful watercress
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • Quarter cucumber, sliced

Method

  1. Mix the low-fat soft cheese with a couple of teaspoons of horseradish sauce.
  2. Spread this over a wrap, then top with smoked wild salmon, watercress, sliced radish and cucumber.
  3. Roll up tightly, slice in half, and eat!
