A refreshing smoothie made from delicious cranberries, raspberries, apricots and prunes. What better way to get your day off to a really great start?

Ingredients

If you can't find fresh raspberries, then use cherries instead.

  • 200ml cranberry juice
  • 50g raw cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • A handful of raspberries
  • 4 ready-to-eat dried apricots
  • 2 ready-to-eat dried prunes
  • 2tbsp plain yogurt

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the smoothie maker/food processor.
  2. Whizz until smooth and enjoy!
