Enjoy a taste of the Caribbean at breakfast-time with this pineapple, mango, banana and passion-fruit smoothie.
Ingredients
If you don't like pips, strain the passion fruit before pouring into your glass.
- 125g fresh pineapple pieces
- ½ medium mango
- 1 passion fruit
- ½ banana
- 4tbsp live yogurt
- 100ml orange juice
Method
- Chop the fruit up. Put the pineapple pieces into the smoothie maker/food processor and add the yogurt and orange juice.
- Whizz all the ingredients until smooth.

Guideline Daily Amount for 2,000 calories per day are: 70g fat, 20g saturated fat, 90g sugar, 6g salt.
