Enjoy a taste of the Caribbean at breakfast-time with this pineapple, mango, banana and passion-fruit smoothie.

Ingredients

If you don't like pips, strain the passion fruit before pouring into your glass.

  • 125g fresh pineapple pieces
  • ½ medium mango
  • 1 passion fruit
  • ½ banana
  • 4tbsp live yogurt
  • 100ml orange juice

Method

  1. Chop the fruit up. Put the pineapple pieces into the smoothie maker/food processor and add the yogurt and orange juice.
  2. Whizz all the ingredients until smooth.
