Melon and mango smoothie

This easy-to-make smoothie is made from melon, mango and apricots, so you'll not only feel healthy but refreshed and energetic, too.

Ingredients

Anna Rudge, 45, says: When you are cutting up fruit, place a damp tea towel under your cutting board to stop it from sliding about on the worktop.

  • 125g chunks cantaloupe melon
  • ½ mango
  • 4 ready-to-eat dried apricots
  • 100ml soya milk

Method

  1. Cut up the melon, remove the seeds and scoop the flesh out. Put it into the smoothie maker/food processor.
  2. Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut into chunks. Add to the melon, along with the apricots and milk, then whizz until smooth.
