Sweet chilli sausages

These Thai-inspired cocktail sausages are so easy to prepare - perfect party food to see in Thai New Year (13-15 April 2009).

Ingredients
- 28 cocktail sausages
- 4tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce
- 1tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- Arrange the cocktail sausages in a baking tray and bake for 15 mins at 220°C until just browned.
- Stir in the sweet chilli dipping sauce and sesame seeds and return to the oven for another 10-15 mins until golden brown and gooey.
