This was an extrememely easy dish to cook and prepare and went down well with all the family. I think I must have bigger 'breasts' than Ben tho...my chicken needed another 10 minutes to cook through properly! I served with warm crusty bread and we didn't even need the mixed salad I prepared. The girls picked out the chunks of onion but ate every other scrap. Not sure whether the Dolmio sauce had any mushroom in ????
