Chargrilled honeyed nectarines
A really easy and deliciously indulgent dessert... this one definitely won't count towards your five-a-day but it's irresistible.

Ingredients
If you're using an outdoor grill, add some fresh charcoal to the embers after the main course - that way, when it's time to cook the nectarines, the fire should be at the right temperature. And don't forget to brush the grill clean before adding the fruit.
- 4nectarines, halved and stoned
- 20ml runny honey
- 10ml black treacle
- 5g ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream
- 20g clotted cream
Method
- Mix honey and black treacle and brush over cut surface of nectarines.
- Grill cut-face down on medium grill for 5 mins, or until warmed through.
- Serve with scoop of ice cream and smaller scoop of cream on top.
