All you need is plain chocolate, fresh oranges, clotted cream and butter to make these deliciously decadent chocolate orange pots.

Ingredients

Clotted cream is made by heating normal cream which evaporates some of the liquids. Clotted cream has at least 55% butter fat and traditionally comes from Devon and Cornwall.

  • 200gplain chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • Zest of 1 orange + 2tbsp juice
  • 227g tub clotted cream
  • 25g butter

To serves

  • Clotted cream

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and place over a pan of simmering water, then allow to melt gently.
  2. When melted, stir well and transfer to 4 x 150ml ramekin dishes or glasses and allow to set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
  3. Just before serving top with a spoonful of clotted cream.
