A great energy-boosting super juice that's guaranteed to wake you up in the morning with carrots, grapefruit and ginger.

Ingredients

Carrots are nutritious and protective veggies. They are rich in beta carotene which the body makes into vitamin A.

  • 250g carrots
  • 2 white grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
  • 15g fresh ginger, unpeeled and left whole

Method

  1. Using a juicer, feed the carrots, grapefruit and ginger into the machine.
  2. Mix well and pour into two glasses. Serve immediately, over ice if desired

Nutritional information

Guideline Daily Amount for 2,000 calories per day are: 70g fat, 20g saturated fat, 90g sugar, 6g salt.
