Video: How to skin a pepper
- Cut the peppers in half and de-seed them. Place them upside down on a baking tray.
- Pop the peppers under the grill at the highest heat for about 10mins.
- When the peppers are black and charred it means they're ready. Remove from grill and place them inside a freezer bag in a single layer, seal the bag and leave the peppers to cool.
- Take them out of bag and peel off the skins - you can use a knife if you find it easier.
