Ingredients

  • 180g egg noodles
  • Pak choi
  • Bean sprouts
  • Soya sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Swap the pak choi and bean sprouts for a bag of stir-fry veg.

Method

  1. Cook 180g egg noodlesaccording to pack instructions.
  2.  Stir-fry some pak choi and beansprouts in a little oil, add the noodles and serve with soy, sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.
